The Olympics are only 6 months away and with 34 venues across the UK hosting an Olympic event, it was revealed that the recruitment and training of all the security staff had only just started. The company responsible for this, G4S, is looking to select 10,000 new security personnel on the same day that it was announced police officer numbers across the country were at their lowest level in a decade.
