It’s 3:00am and your intruder alarm has just been activated. What do you do?

Absolutely nothing…so long as you have the peace-of-mind protection of our key-holding response service.

Working through your nominated Alarm Receiving Centre, we will dispatch our nearest mobile response unit to investigate and take any necessary action according to your agreed site instructions – including notifying the emergency services if appropriate.

And we won’t leave until we’ve arranged for any necessary repairs to be completed. Only then will the alarm be cleared, reset and your premises left secured so your key-holder can stay safely at home, ready for work the next day.
