When Ken York and Jay Morrish started Security Management South West back in 2005 their approach to security was simple. To operate with openness, honesty and transparency in everything they did.

Ken has worked in the industry since 1989 while Jay started in 1990. Between them they have a vast amount of experience in the industry and have a reputation for unparalleled professionalism and a genuine understanding of security issues and situations. Both have covered all aspects of the business with roles from Security Officers and Supervisors right through to Operational Managers with local and national organisations.

Today, that ‘way of working’ stands true and it has become the cornerstone of the business. Security Management South West has an ever expanding team of qualified people and each one carries with them not only the reputation of the business itself but more importantly Ken and Jay’s personal reputation. A reputation that is known for delivering exceptional customer services that is simply second to none.

All of our key staff are licensed via the Security Industry Authority (SIA) who as part of the UK Government’s Home Office are responsible for the regulation of private security in this country.
